Instructions Step by step INGREDIENTS 1 kg pork pancetta, cut into 3-4 cm portions600 g sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes3 tbsp olive oil1 tsp sweet paprika (or smoked paprika)1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp garlic powderSalt and freshly ground pepperFresh thyme or parsley for garnish RECIPE STEP 1 Preheat oven to 200°C (conventional) or air fryer to 190°C. STEP 2 In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. STEP 3 Coat the skinless pancetta well with the mixture and let marinate for 15-20 minutes. STEP 4 Toss the sweet potatoes in the remaining oil and spice mixture. STEP 5 Arrange the pancetta in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or in the air fryer basket, alternating with the sweet potatoes. STEP 6 Roast for 30-35 minutes (oven) or 25-30 minutes (air fryer), turning the meat pieces and stirring the potatoes halfway through for even cooking.
