Our kleftiko pork, produced by us and sourced from Greek farms, comes in a cooking bag weighing approximately 1.5 kg.

The bag contains pieces of regato cheese, fresh whole peppers, and a spice marinade.

It is ideal for oven roasting. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 70-80 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes before carefully opening the bag.

This method allows the meat to become tender and infused with the rich flavors of the marinade and cheese, making for a traditional and flavorful Greek dish
