INGREDIENTS


  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cream
  • 1 tbsp of Butter (8 tbsp)
  • Pepper
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • Flour
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Brazilian Cream Cheese
  • Garlic Butter
  • Salt & Pepper

RECIPE


  • STEP 1
    Start placing the chicken in a bowl and seasoning it with Guga's rub and a good amount of salt. Mix everything around to make sure every piece gets fully coated.
  • STEP 2
    You're going to smoke the chicken @375°F until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. While the chicken is cooking remember to baste it with the garlic butter.
  • STEP 3
    While that's cooking make your dough. Into a pan add 4 cups of chicken broth, 1 can of table cream and 1 stick of butter. Mix everything well to combine and melt the butter. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste and bring everything to a light simmer.
  • STEP 4
    Once it starts to simmer turn the heat to low and start to add flour until it gets a dough like consistency. There is no exact amount so just add slowly until it reaches to correct consistency.
  • STEP 5
    Once it reaches the right consistency turn the heat off and add 2 egg yolks. Mix it to fully incorporate until it gets a nice smooth texture. Then add some chives to taste and mix again to finish.
  • STEP 6
    Get your chicken and take off all of the meat discarding all of the skin and clean off the bones. Then get the chicken and give it a rough chop. Add the chicken to a bowl and toss in your Brazilian cream cheese and some chopped chives, mix everything well.
  • STEP 7
    Now get some of your dough, spread it out and place some of your chicken in the middle. Then place a bone in the middle and start to form the dough around the bone to resemble a drumstick. Place it in the freezer to firm up for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 8
    Into 3 separate bowls add some flour, egg wash and some panko bread crumbs. Coat each piece of chicken with flour, then dip it in the egg wash and then fully coat with the bread crumbs.
  • STEP 9
    Fry up the chicken in some oil for about 2 minutes each one. Then take them out and serve with whatever sides you like and enjoy your beautiful HEAVEN'S CHICKEN!
