Refund and product policy

Our e-shop’s return policy aims to provide the best possible service and customer satisfaction with transparency and consistency.

In case the product has defective quality or does not correspond to what was ordered, the customer may proceed with a return within 3 calendar days from delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition, without being altered, with packaging and accompanying documents intact.

For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted if the product has been opened or used.

Returns are only made after coordination with our company, which will provide instructions for the safe and correct return of the products.

Once the returned products are received and inspected, refunds are made according to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

Order cancellation is possible before the order is shipped, after contacting customer service.
